Please don't blame US, child! Cecil Lee Cecil Lee support@geomancy.net
Dear Anon (Hidden for Privacy),
Please dOn't put the blame on both your dad and me!
If you want to blame someone, please blame the Geomancer!
As the Geomancer claims that your dad being a sole breadwinner must live in a west group facing home.
And that from now to 2023, the top choice of homes are those facing SW!
Like you, child, both of us parents also have to live with such a hot house!
If it is bad enough to place our laptops on our laps, the hot house makes us "BARREN".
The good news is that you can continue to be the King of the house as our only child! GOOD RIGHT?

These are some cOnsiderations:
1. Stacks closer to the Punngol Way such as #45 have to bear with road noise especially those around ground to seven storeys.
2. Many of the units are SW, but further away from the main road. Are suppose to have good Feng Shui.
3. But in practise, may of my clients decided that practically all the SW facing stacks will get complimentary afternoon sun at the frontage.
4. In my opinon, based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, naturally, the blocks that are furthest apart from the neighbours are the better choice. Thus in general Stacks #22 and #23 in lieu of Para 3, are better stacks. While stack #21 and #24 must be studied closer and be careful of either missing corners at NW or kitchen.
5. Some stacks have to be careful of neighbouring block's pointed corner aimed at it. In lieu of this, stacks such as #11 may be considered (in a stay in senario).
6. A few of my clients after discussion with me, have already chosen specific stacks.
7. Other considerations include the barbeque pits marked as "9" in red. And at low floors, and if there are frequent use of such pits... hmmm....

As per your call, since the unit is high and the road is moving away, there are in-fact "worse-off" units in this development.

Hi Master,
Hope you can give some views on the feng shui on TwinWaterfall at Punggol. Will fengshui be able to help if we had chosen stalk 35? or we should just give it a miss due to bad fengshui. Thanks alot for the advice.
