 Pillar Facing An Electrical Cum Hardware Shop

Pillar facing an Electrical cum Hardware Shop Cecil Lee Cecil Lee support@geomancy.net
This shop's business is still striving. Despite a large column directly at the middle of the unit's frOntage.
This unit owner / tenant place a ba gua mirror directly facing the mirror.
And he uses the external pillar to his advantage by placing his wares around it. This is a good "gimmick" as it helps to drum up business. No other shops have a pillar facing it.
Somehome the goods scattered around the pillar is attracting walking pedestrians AND HELPING HIS FENG SHUI.

1. By coincidence, many times, I passed by this restaurant in Marina Square.
2. Each time, I commented to myself.. when is it going to close?
3. In several of the photos, One can see that the huge support column right smack at the frontage of this restaurant.
4. Don't get me wrong that I am nick picking on this restaurant chain or group. Again by coincidence, they have chosen a wrong location for their restaurant.

On 14 June 2012, I went to NEX mall and saw this: the permanent closer of this poor restaurant.
So far, looks like this is one of the first business to close in one of the busiest malls at NE of Singapore.
Everyone seems to be visiting NEX other than stepping into this poor restaurant.

1. When NEX shopping mall opened this year, I was looking at the Shapes and Forms to see which location within the NEX shopping mall has good or bad Feng Shui.
2. The moment, I walked passed this Restaurant, I felt that somehow; the location is in my opinion, considered to have one of the worst Feng Shui within NEX mall.
3. Often, objectively: some business fail or will ultimately fail due to it's product or service.
4. Here, in my opinion, most likely, the business: Restaurant could (would/ may) fail because of bad Feng Shui.
5. Do you think that by placing a Ba Gua mirror on the signage; will save this Restaurant? I don't think so!
6. In my opinion, it is only a matter of time; that : Location, location and location will fail this restaurant... Do mark my words... for it!
P.S. NEX opened this year 2011. See how long this (unfortunate) restaurant can last!...
