I was wondering how long will HDB follow suit in using dry walls for the interior partitions.

That was in 2011 when the Livia condo just TOP. I walked into the unit and knocked on all the interior walls. These walls were all dry walls. And for this development another surprise... the toilet interior walls were also non-concrete walls.

Just last year, a client sold his nearby CDL unit in the same development and opted for an older condo that had interior solid walls. This client says he just hated a home with such dry walls.

He felt that we are already payinga premium for a home, here in Singapore.

And the question asked is: If you have a choice would you opt for solid walls in a home or dry walls.

The saying.... built only from brick and motar ... may no longer be exacty be 100 true, here!
