1. Drawing a parallel with the Titanic which sank.
1.1. Titanic had been designed to stay afloat with FOUR flooded compartments but not more.
1.2. When Titanic had a glancing blow with an iceberg; this buckled her right side = starboard. This caused a total of five out of her sixteen compartments to be flooded.
2. Often each home also can withstand a certain number of "flooding" of her compartments. Often, if there are around 3 rooms that have flooded; this home similar to the titanic will inevitable sink.
3. Thus all the material things that One try to enhance this home will literally sink with the home!
4. The main situation is to try to identify and fix as many (major) leaks as possible before it is too late!
When the buying STOPS!, the selling CAN!

1. You have simply taken the wrong short-cut.
2. And perhaps, can and may continue to fall into the trap laid by the sellers of commercial products in-the-name-of Feng Shui.
3. If one has a problem in modern times, we go and see a proper doctor. Here, it is like going to see a quack voodo-master.
4. Unfortunately, it is a fact of life. Many modern cars today are sophisticated. And if there is (are) problems with the car, you may have to bring it to the Authorised Agent or a car workshop. Few can ever DIY problems with a car.
5. Same here, either you jolly well by hook or crook DIY your Feng Shui problems or refer to Para 4, above.
6. Forums like this one, can only point you or provide general advice and perhaps try to point you to certain facts, fallacies and temptations.

In a similar vein; you wrote "purchased a wall hanging of Tsai Shen Yeh ( he is placed facing the main entrance) underneath him we have 2 chinese unicorns facing the entrance. "
In the attachment, your ship (HOME) has leaks in the hull and perhaps, some of the leaks are below the water-line.
Instead of fixing the leaks, instead, you have fallen into the Feng Shui emporium type of trap and try to "beautify" your home with useless products.
What you should have dOne is to find (locate) the LEAKS and fix them, permanently.
Anyway, you are not alone. This mistake is being repeated by many. When having problems, instead, drown oneself with food and more foodies...

These are some cOnsiderations:
1. Under Feng Shui there are two concepts:
1.1. Feng Shui is about trying to improve or enhance good qi and
1.2. If there are imbalances, these should be fixed.
2. In your real life situation; let me draw a parallel with owning a vehicle or car.
2.1. The actors:
The car = your home
The car accessory shop = Your Feng Shui commercial product purchases (Feng Shui emporium)
The car workshop = Feng Shui Triage or fix the leaks
2.2. What you are trying to do is(are); that when your car (house) has a problem. What did you do?
2.3. You end up going to a car ACCESSORIES shop to upgrade your car hifi audio.
2.4. It is the same thing like what you are doing or trying to do.
2.5. For example, you go to a Feng Shui or religious product sales site and you purchase your Tsai Shen Yeh picture.
2.6. Just imagine, if your car is "sick" or has problems; instead of going to a car workshop, you go to the equivalent of a car accessories shop and upgrade your stereo set to a Bose system etc...
2.7. You are only playing into the shoes of those Feng Shui emporium.
3. What is the "bloody" use of installing or upgrading your car hifi or covering your car seat with new covers; if in actual fact, you should have gone to a proper workshop to have your car diagnosed with and solve the problem.
4. It is the same thing. Some people, who have problems go and indulge in over eating e.g. chocolates etc.. to pacify themselves.
5. Here, what is the "bloody" use of beautifying your car (house) while your car engine area has some problems that need to be fixed.
6. Nowadays, even if you need to bring your car to the workshop; they would plug in an ODBII interface it with their computer and run the diagnostic software to find the error codes..
7. Thus reference: Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required.
8. You said: " hope you can recommend some good remedies ".
8.1 Without a proper Feng Shui triage to find out the problems; don't ever dream of getting good recommendations.
8.2 It is a pity, that for many people, again, they will be tempted to; like what you have done; when your car (house) has a problem; you continue to go to a Car acessories (Feng Shui emporium) type; to find your "solutions".
9. Some how, you have to identify the leaks and not rely on "beautifying" your homes with useless products. And fall into the "Feng Shui emporium vicious cycle trap".

Hi everyone :-) I am hoping you may be able to shed some light on our situation and pass some of your valuable knowledge to us. My boyfriend and myself currently have a business that is taking 1 step forward, 2 steps back. It is honestly like some supernatural force is stopping us from reaching our potential. We are 2 reasonably intelligent individuals but it has been set back after set back. Approximately 2 months ago we purchased a wall hanging of Tsai Shen Yeh ( he is placed facing the main entrance) underneath him we have 2 chinese unicorns facing the entrance. As soon as we hung his painting WOW business was booming I could almost feel the sensation of our home being protected but then things slipped again and back to struggle street. We currently rent a unit in a highrise that faces the ocean, the balcony faces directly at the ocean and the entrance faces west. There is another taller tower diagonally opposite us when we stand in the balcony. Are you able to advise on any areas of our home that we can change to bring in prosperity and wealth? Are there any pendants or protection we can wear to improve our situation? My chinese star is a Water Pig (15 May 1983) and my partner is a Fire Snake (1st Jan 1978) and our business is about over a year old, registered on 30 March 2011. I hope you can recommend some good remedies for our financial situation.
