2. This is like the concept of "Siamese Twins". Where your question has to be matched to this term:-

3. To obtain a certificate, diploma and/or a degree; Do you mean that one can simply yell for it?
3.1. You could, but with a fake certificate from the internet. But, don't get caught with fake certs, please.

House level is below the street surface Anonymous
Hello,
Is there any cure for my house, which is below the street surface? I have to take a few flight of stairs to get to my gate at the front entrance? My main entrance is facing west. My house is facing the main street in my complex.
