Meet The Daughter Of Singapore.. With Great Aura

Posted by: Ce____ L.
In Singapore, we get to hear:

A person claiming to be the Son of Punggol. But, frankly, the location is Sengkang and not the actual punggol that he claimed it to be.

Instead, we get to meet another candidate: A true daughter of Singapore who by all accounts seems down to earth and with a look full of aura.

This is not Feng Shui. But by all accounts: many use Feng Shui as an example of how fortunes change. Here, it is often said that in 10 years, business could even change from the opposite side of a road to the other side.

Is this Heaven's will?

Every year, I have a client (a doctor) who always invited me to do a yearly review. Just this year, I told him that : if one has excellent human luck factor; this can certainly give that person a sufficient high buffer where it even exceeds one's Feng Shui.

Thus, just look at this "Ah Lian's" face. With such a face full of AURA, seems like nothing can stop her LUCK!:-

http://www.tremeritus.com/2013/01/21/is-she-destined-to-make-history-in-modern-singapore%e2%80%99s-politics/

Furthermore, in my opinion, it seems very similar to the liberation days of World War II. Where, the Allied forces were like heroes to liberate those that were occupied especially by Germany.

It seems, whenever she goes, this Ah Lian (a face full of high energy aura) is doing the same. It looks like she is embraced with open arms all over the Punggol East ward. Much like a hero, liberating the ward from occupation.

This article in my opinion is similar to many in a state of denial. Or rather, an ostrich placing it's head into a hole. Hear, see and speak no "ill".

3. For example, some of us over-eat as they have lots of problems. And over-indulgence in eating is one way to sooth their "savage" problem

4. Here, my job is going around the entire Singapore. And it is often very pityful to see old ladies some of them hunched-back. I have also seen a lady using a very old wheel chair carting boxes. Especially at Boon Keng (MRT station area).

5. There is a male elderly person who frequents Redhill market, drinking people's left over coffee and tea and left over porridge.

6.

Only fools will claim Singapore education is good

March 21st, 2012 | Author: Contributions

I graduated from an Australian university. Yes, Singapore students do better in math and science. But do you know that Australians are better than Singapore students in law, critical thinking, arts, medicaletc?

My advice to you is stop reading Straits Times. Go to Australia, stay there and experience for yourself. By the way, each year our government send hundred of Singapore students to Australia under PSC scholarship. If their universities are that bad, would our government keep sending them each year? Also, do ask our dear President (Tony Tan) and PAP members where do they graduate from?

Although Maths and Science are both essential for the development of a nation, but the over emphasis of the two subjects in some of the Asia countries education curriculum has made students become study robots and follow formulas blindly without knowing the actual applications of these formulas. This is actually a very sad fact as the education system that only emphasis on the exam results had failed to open the creative thinking part of a child. Making them study for the sake of exam and not for the sake of acquiring a lifelong skill.

From my point of view, changes like the use of creative thinking skills must be inculcated in younger generations if any of the Asian countries want to compete with the Western countries in terms of innovations and developments of the nation.

This is actually something very important as the behavior and the developments of a nation will start from root of good education that enables the student to think and innovate, and not to follow blindly.

I have seen many local grads and sad to say, most of them have attitude problems. They are only good at office politics but has no interests in learning. They keep emphasizing that they scored good grades in Uni and they do not have to learn new things at work because to them, good grades mean everything and preferably can get a high pay
every month without doing anything. What makes them worse is that they actually look down on Poly grads, which I do not understand and can never understand their mindsets. In fact, Im more worried about our future. Can we depend on this kind of person to be our leader when we grow old? Will they lead us to a better life? Or they will actually lead us to hell???

I did my degree overseas and it opened my eyes to the amazing things or should I say, incredible things, that people in this country have done and can do, using their education or what they know. Ive been to country fairs where the English retired men showcased the little steam engines they built in their backyard as a hobby (You should see the
smile on the old mens faces when their automotive rides gave children so much joy). They used what they learnt in almost everything from food tech to flying, and more importantly they carrying on learning.

Despite the so called first world education system, Singapore isnt any better than Taiwan or Hong Kong. At least in these countries, we can see some signs of innovation and creativity,

Singapore has the worst education system ever to be found in the world and I say this as a FACT.

The Singapore education system is good for testing and grading. Any education system that wants the easy way out will choose this system. Todays world is not all about measurements, is it? What does that do for our children though? Measurement puts grades and systems first, children 2nd. That is not education.

I hear people say that Singapore education is the best in the World. I just feel that some of these top people have no qualms in misleading the people of Singapore. It is darn sad!

Posted by: Ce____ L.
1. Do you know that within a relatively short span of 11 years, China has come a long way.

2. In the 1990's and even in 2002, large influencial sites like Geomancy.net with it's huge resources on Feng Shui was literary blocked in China.

3. As previously the late Chairman Mao, during the communist time, felt that either Feng Shui is a threat or a belief.

4. Fortunately, in the last few years, whilst in China, I tried to log in to my website: Geomancy.net and was pleasantly surprised that it is no longer filtered or blocked.

5. At that time, I don't know why, but China considered Feng Shui a religion.

6. Just imagine, Feng Shui is a Chinese institution and at that time; Communist China literally "feared" and targetted sites like Geomancy.net besides Times.com, BBC.com and all other large sites.

7. This is an interesting part of history!

[PDF]

Posted by: Ce____ L.

Bukit Panjang is Malay for "a long spread of hills". It is also the name of part of a range of low hills that run from Mandai, in the north of Singapore to Bukit Timah in the south.

Forty years ago, the area was occupied by farms, granite quarries and fatories that produced household goods. There was a shoe factory, a factory for canning food and a dairy farm owned by supermarket chain Cold Storage, after which Dairy Farm Road was named.

Bukit Panjang Village was found at a roundabout that linked Woodlands, Bukit Timah and Choa Chu Kang roads.

In the 1980s and 1990s, the Government cleared the area around Bukit Panjang Village and built Housing Board flats. The names of roads and dirt tracks around the village, such as Jelebu, Segar, Jelapang, Petir, Senja, Pending and Fajar, were revived when Bukit Panjang New Town was built.

In 1999, they were also used to name the stations in the LRT system (attachment) that connects with Choa Chu Kang MRT station.

In 2015, look out for the Bukit Panjang MRT station, which will be the start of the new Downtown Line. It will be located between Ten Mile Junction and the Bukit Panjang LRT stations.
