Dear Master Lee,

 I have engaged your services for an on-site audit 2 years ago.  We looked at 2-3 units and finally you recommended me to buy a unit in Woodlands.  I am glad to share with you that I made a tidy sum of 55kSGD by selling this unit in March 09, after collecting rent for 1 full year!  For me, all the homework has paid off.  I remember you making a remark that there would be few people willing to spend so much time to do all the ground work that I have done but it would be worth it this has certainly worked out for me.

I could not find the same package as previously anymore, where I can send more than 1 floor plans for your review.  Hence, Ive decided to spell our my requirements, so that you can advise me on the charges accordingly:

 1.        Review of 3 floorplans (2 are almost identical, just different facings)

2.       Onsite visit on at least 2 of them (if deemed good to buy) ......... and more....

I know that in one of your posts you mentioned not to post too many thank you messages as many people subscribe or receive updates by mail but I just had to!

For ALL these years I've been trying to learn Feng Shui no one and no book has ever been able to settle this point for me and clarify the difference until today! I am SO SO HAPPY! After browsing many many feng shui sites, I came to one conclusion: your site is the most sensible, reasonable and helpful one of all. I've been to sites where they want to sell you just about anything and everything. The information they are willing to give is so trivial and one senses that the only thing they are interested in is to make money and sell you products that might and might not fit in with your decor or your culture, and of course doesn't serve the purpose of curing and or enhancing.

Sorry for the long message, but I have a friend who spent a fortune buying all types of figurines to cure then to enhance and then eventually all she got was more figures on her credit card and no luck!

I believe that what one should do is get your advise first because it makes so much sense and it is always sincere. I also believe that people should buy things that pleases their eye and provide a sense of beauty and balance.

I would like to offer compliments. you have a great web site offering excellent content. its focused and comprehensive and distinguished in the field.

In the English speaking world, your services are one of the best I have seen.

I understand you are offering a commercial service, concurrently you also make available informative services to a very large audience, which is excellent.

I feel saddened that there are those western modern stylists who claim to practice fengshui. browsing the on-line sites of these con-artists, they are mere fronts for hawking goods at crazy prices.

I am only curious of how to drive these bad elements out, as they are degrading a very well practiced tradition and cultural asset.
