Dear Anon, Yes, since 5 represents the floor level, you should enter it as #05-xxx. If your unit happens to be#05-01 (where 5 represents the level) and each of the units in a block are : 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 then should enter the numbers thus as #05-01. Dear Anon, Usually, from what I have encountered, this should not pose a problem. Especially if one only rents a bedroom. There is not much choice here. The only thing to remember is to conceptally "departmentalise" the bedroom i.e. keep the scultures at a corner or if really no space on a display shelf or at a corner table or even share it with the study table. In 1969 Chinese New Year falls on 17 Feb 1969 and only on or after this date is your sister considered a Rooster. Dear Eva, 1. Usually, this is quite common situation. Sometimes it can be a home, on other occasions it could be an office unit or even a shop premises. 2. For some Chinese, they would use a pair of Lions as shown in several photos under "Photo Tours of Interest". 3. While others place two pots of plants on each side of the entrance. 4. Traditionally, many Chinese would visit the temple to get their figurine(s) blessed. Many of these figurines are famous deities like: goddess of mercy or guan gong etc... However, I believe many products purchased via commercial means are considered merely decorative items. Selling products in the name of Feng Shui is very lucrative! As such they should be treated as decorations. When dirty, no issue in washing them. For such products` often, people buy them, gets dirty and many times the are removed from display or forgotten! Dear Alex, 1. In Japan, the Feng Shui practitioners usually practise `9-Star Ki'. 9-Star Ki is one and the same as Flying Star Feng Shui. The only difference is that because of the way, information has been collated, one should not mix the two together. 2. My recommendation is that you either follow one or the other but not use both. 3. Dear Madan, When you make use of the Eight House chart, one should also consider the following: 1. Where possible find out what is the intangible force at the main entrance for the breadwinner.
