Today, 26 June 2002, I passed by this condominium. At Regent Grove Condominium's upper decks in the car park (located along Choa Chu Kang Drive), a banner indicates that there are still "choice units" up for grabs. It seems peculiar that despite obtaining its TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) in 2000, which was two years ago, and its close proximity to Yew Tee MRT, there are still no interested buyers. It is strongly advised to steer clear of this location at all costs! (Developer: Orchard Parade Holdings Ltd & Yeo Hiap Seng Ltd). Tenure: 99 years. Total of 553 units.

Dear Users, 1. This year, we received personal faxes from at least 13 users of this forum. 2. For those who were located in Singapore, I had personally called up the user to ask if they had financial problems. So far, all either by sheer coincidence had some of these problems:- 1. Toilet at the centre-point or they had been advised to place a fish tank at the centre point. 2. Several respondent's ba zi is either weak fire element or strong water persons. 3. In many instances, the main door is at their death or disaster sector. All the above users had financial problems. Five were unemployed. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Located just off Pasir Ris Drive 1, Livia is within walking distance to the Pasir Ris MRT Station and highly accessible via the TPE, PIE and EXP. This development takes advantage of the Flying Star Period 8: with many units (see attachment) highlighted in Yellow which have their blocks (stacks) either facing NE1 or SW1. Under the current Period 8 (2004 to 2023); units that are facing NE1 or SW1 are considered to have one of the best qi (especially for those who are west group…

1. Evergreen Park is a mid-sized condo with a total of 394 units. This development was built by Evergreen Park Pte Ltd and was completed in 1999. Tenure of land is 99 years. 2. In general, a first glance at this site and one may think that the blocks are layout in a haphazard way. But if we look carefully, majority of the blocks are aligned parallel with each other. And there are three satellite blocks that are slanted to the majority of the blocks. 3. For this development; qi can vary drastically from one stack to another stack! 4. One of the most inauspicious stack is stack 11. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; it is literally squeezed between 09 - 10 with 06. Sta…

These are some considerations: 1. Whenever considering low floors e.g. ground floor or 2nd storey for new(yet to bebuilt)projects like this; 2. No harm in trying to visualise whether there are any threats if any: 2.1. The usual threats are especially the large club-house or facilities (roof if any). 2.1.1 Is it shaped like in the example, where horizontal edge is thin (much like a sharp blade) or if it is rectangular or even polygon; which may have a sharp corner.. 3. How about any pavilion close to my potential unit? Does the roof be it the edge or even some roofs are triangular shaped which may also act like a poison arrow. 4. Planted trees.. of course, for …

Please also note that the pillars holding up the roof : if it slices towards an opening such as a PES balcony sliding door(s) towards the living room or a bedroom; this is also considered as a poison arrow(s).

These block layouts, similar to the arrangement of mah-jong tiles before a game begins, often result in sharp corners of some stacks pointing toward others, creating poison arrows. Please see the attachment.

Punggol Bayview Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans punggol-bayview.pdf Feng Shui of HDB Punggol Bayview HDB Punggol Bayview - one of the better sites 1. Surpisingly, with such a large number of stacks in this development; the number of poison arrow(s) from sharp corners of units is considerably low. 2. One reason could be that this development is one narrow "cigar shaped" and stacks are almost alighned in a horizontal way leading to the reduced number of poison arrows. 3. The potential Sha qi or poison arrow(s) from sharp corners of neighbouring blocks:- Stack 981 aimed towards 969. While stack 969 aimed towards 977 St…

1. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Cheng San Court and Flying Star Feng Shui for 4-bedroom units: 2. N1-facing stacks are 37, 39, 41, and 43, while S1-facing stacks are 35, 45, and 47. 3. N1 units have the auspicious double 8s at the frontage, which is especially beneficial if the frontage has a water feature. 3.1 It is also favorable if the master bedroom is located in the NE sector, as this area has good star combinations of MS#6 and WS#1. 3.2 A bedroom in the East sector is ideal for use as a bedroom or study. 3.3 Other sectors contain inauspicious stars and may require remedies. 3.4 For S1 units, the auspicious wealth stars MS#8 and WS#8 are loc…

Matlida Portico Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans matilda-portico.pdf Lease Commencement Date: Year 2016 1. Feng Shui of HDB Matilda Portico @ Punggol and Flying Star Feng Shui of the entire development. 2. This development only has stacks / units that are either Flying star N2 or S2 facing. 3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 3.1 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 3.2 S2. Stacks are the best…
