Kallang Residences Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans kallang-residences.pdf Lease Commencement Date: Year 2021 HDB Kallang Residences is squeezed into 'Horse-head" plot of land. Or to some a shape of a pistol. This development only has 4 bedrooms and below flats. The flats either face NW3 or SE3. NW3 stacks has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces clear space which implies virtual water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances. If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness SE3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room. The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support. [2017 launch]1 point

Symphony Suites @ Yishun is certainly a neat "production" line block layouts. Such sites reminds me of tightly packed "road grids". Very sterile and the purpose to pack as many blocks and stacks as possible in a "small space - site". This site reminds me of the "no brainer" soon to TOP site : " Treasure Trove " in Punggol. Other than a slight cure of Blocks 50, 52 and 54; the rest of the other 12 blocks (Imagine: this development has a total of 15 "point-blocks" sandwiched together. From a Shapes and Forms point of view; both Symphony suites and Treasure Trove fortunately has a favourable square/rectangular site. Perhaps, this is the only major consolation. And thus, overall, quite a "safe-site".1 point

The plus about Symphony Suites is its no frills 11 "point-block" flats. Although sterile and the 11 blocks are close to each other; BUT at least there is some gap between one block to another. Good for qi flow around each block. No frills and minimal balconies unlike most of todays developments that had oversized balconies but smaller bedrooms.1 point

The precinct pavillion is closer to Block 115B. In particular Block 115B stack #17 is directly facing the precinct pavillion. While stack #19 has the master bedroom directly facing and bedroom 3 and living room = side-view. Stack 21 low storeys can also see into the precinct pavillion. Thus, high floors are preferred. Since, low storeys such as usually up to 4th storey may still have partial view or when there are chants or rituals performed at a funeral. And touch-wood.. if it so happens on important holidays e.g. for the Chinese during Chinese New Year. In addition for stacks #17, #19 and #21 it is preferred to avoid (if possible lower storeys as the multi-storey car park (MSCP) is up to 6th storey + if we include the lamp posts which can be a poison arrow.. then preferrred that try to consider anything above 7th storey (if possible).1 point

HDB Kallang Residences and central rubbish bins Nowadays new HDB flats seems to have two rubbish bins side-by-side. In this case, the rubbish bins: the common and recycling bins are near to the main entrance of Block 115A stack #07 and 115B stack #17. In particular also right behind Block 115A #05. But less of a concern since less obvious as even compared to Block 115A stack #11. The bin area is also equally close to Block 115B stack #15. But not as direct as stack #17. Do keep this in mind when selecting your own flats in any housing estates. Nowadays, one should add this as a check-list when buying condos and EC that has a common floor centralised rubbish chute(s).1 point
