Dear Master Cecil, I started reading about Feng Shui after I bought my flat. Since it is a done deal, I'll like to present my layout as a case study for learning. I have attached a picture of the layout and some placement of screens and furniture. I was borned in 1975 and my kua number is 7. My wife is borned in 1977 and kua number is 9. Will appreciate your advise on the following. 1. Is my way of locating the centre of the house correct correct? 2. There is a major missing corner as indicated by the RED circle. Is this a major poison arrow? How can I remedy this? 3. The bathroom is very near the centre of the house and the main entrance. Is my interpretation correct? Is there a way to minimise the bad effects? 4. Since the main door opens direct to the balcony and the window beside it, it is a major sha qi element. Will having a screen in front of the dining table able to minimise this sha qi? 5. Are the location for the master bed, sofa and tv and dining table good? 6. Is shifting the door of bedroom 2 and having a screen to effect more privacy good from feng shui point of view? 7. Since my good positions are exactly opposite to that of my wife, is it recommended that I or my wife sleep closer to our favourable directions. 8. Half the kitchen is in the North, is this no good? Thanks and regards, CK
