Dear Sir, My working desk in the office is in my disaster direction. I seem to be having a lot of problems with the people in my office. Recently, I think there was an opportunity for me to prove my ability but someone above me is blocking it. At the same time, my company is undergoing a major restructuring and I am very fearful that I would be retrenched. I am really at a lost and I feel very helpless. I am not sure if my problems have anything to do with the position of my work desk. Can you please advise me? What can I do to improve my career and relationship with my colleagues?
