  1. I am curious about a couple of things. I am a wood snake with a weak earth element and my gua number is 7. I have two doors both use in the north sector but one faces the east and the other faces the west. Then there is alittle decor work that I want to persue on the westside wall in my bedroom which is located in the south sector. I was wondering about how to approach this knowing the Grand Duke and the 2# Sickness star is a big concern this year. Please advise. Thank you.
  2. I'm getting in the mood to repaint my living room. But I'm wondering, and I'm in no big hurry, is it better to hold off till after the 8 period kicks in. If so, will the qi of the home adapt to that new vibration? Thanks.
  3. Thanks for your quick reply. I knew there was something "fishy" about the whole thing. I'm not one really to fall for the superstious hype, even though I still catch myself still throwing spilled salt over my left shoulder. LOL! I loved your comment on resolving the issue of cooking them up in a pot. I suggest Lemon pepper for flavoring. Thanks.
  4. I've been hearing about the recent popularity of people collecting Flower Horn fish for the upcoming 8th period. I heard that having these fish, in some form or another, can help with wealth enhancement during this period. What is your opinion about it? Thanks.
  5. Thank you again for your quick response. But unfortunately, these homes are all set in this manner. I have heard however, that these delapedated homes maybe moved out by the end of the week.
  6. I have updated the map for you describing, color-wise, on how everything is set up. There on the one home on the west side of my home are two fruit trees on each end. An apple tree on the south side and a peach tree on the north. So I take advantage of the good bounty. LOL. On the north end corners of my home there are tall ceders against it. And another one on the north side of my deck. Now eventhough my front door was designed on the east side, I use the northwest door to normally go in and out of. My home had been placed there in 1985 but I had new shingles put on in 2000. So I'm guessing that it would now be considered a period 8 home. I hope this helps you out more. And thank you again for your quick reply.
  7. Hello. I made up a map for you to see how the homes were set up just as you asked. I did try and search around for a post that was placed in this forum about the subject matter that you had mentioned. But unfortunately, I had trouble trying to locate it. I did read a recent post on a similar topic to see if it would shed alittle light on what I'm up against. But it wasn't enough to go on. The street comes to an end. That's traveling east. My home would be on the right side (the south) of the street and the abandoned home (the north) would be directly across it. Now, the other abandoned home sits before me, west of my home. It has since these people had been forced out, it has, been blissfully quiet for my other neighbors and I that had to tolerate their presence for the past three years. I hope this map helps you get an idea of the how the homes are set up. Thank you again on trying to help me on this matter.
  8. Added by Cecil: Dear Sheila, You have to log into the web forum. Before posting the final message, there is an option check box to "Attach file or picture". Please do so. But do keep the file size small preferably in .jpg - Cecil Sure. But how and where would you like me to send it?
  9. Note: Dear Sheila, Can you provide a simple sketch? If you do a SEARCH in this forum, I had previously posted some illustrations with regards to some deviations; and their significance of homes that are at the side of a cul-de-sac. See if your's fit the description in these past messages/attachments. I am afraid, saying "just off to the side of a cul-de-sac" does not help me to understand your situation better. If I can't understand, I can't reply. - Cecil Lee I live just off to the side of a culdesack. My home has a due north setting with the front door pointing east. So I use the back door on the north-west side. But directly on the west and north side of my home are two abandoned homes. They're both trashed thanks to some kids that used to live in the north house. They and their parents are going to be charged for numerous charges from non-payment of rent fees and animal abuse. This house was found to be found in abominable conditions. Management came into the home to find pups that belonged to the owner's abandoned dog. The dog is now in great hands. She was found in poor physical condition. Anyway, is there anything I can do to deflect and inprove my qi for my home? Thanks.
