Dear Master Lee We found an office unit which we feel is very ideal for our business (events mgt). Its on the ground floor complete with back door for delivery and loading of props and things. Unfortunately it is located at the road junction. The address is 150 neil road. This unit has 2 entrances : 1 is at the road junction while the other is along cantonment road. We intend to make the cantonment road entrance as the main entrance and the other entrance will likely only be an emergeny exit. The interior of the unit is kind of divided into 3 levels. First level squarish with 1 big meeting room. about 4 to 5 steps down leads to an open space and another smaller meeting room. Another 4 to 5 steps down leads to toilets and pantry area. The back door is located at the pantry area. Your advise on the location and layout of this unit and what can we do to counter / improve on its location / layout would be greatly appreciated.
