Dear Sir, (A) Facing direction: The last post question on House facing direction and you were saying "it depends". Pls let me picture my scenario to you... On 23rd floor, Main door facing SW direction and my living hall's wide window is facing North where the view of Bukit Timah Hill is clear. Hence is my house facing direction "the view of Bukit Timah hill" or using the "main door which is SW direction"? (B) Changing House Period: Changing my house to a Period 8 house, what are the things to do? It was mentioned in Lillian Too's "Flying Star" for Period 8 that there are mainly three things to activate that. Firstly, organise party at home. Secondly, organise a lion dance at home. And thirdly, giving a fresh coat of paint (recommended colour of paint is yellow which is the earth colour). Therefore, are these or one of these activities is enough and appropriate for the occasion? Otherwise, pls kindly advise. (C) Altar location I was once told by a Taoist that my ancester altar is badly located. Presently, it is located in my Kitchen(near window)which is the south location of the house. It seems inflicting bad omen in me in recent years. I am starting to worry on what he has told me now. How can I change that? Pls desperately advise.
