  1. Hello Cecil, I have run the flying star house number free report on my unit #01-05 which was built sometime in 1995/1996 and the result shown :- 7] & [2] - Natural Disaster. However, good when Period is 2, 5 or 8.
  2. Hello Cecil, Thank you for your kind advise in my previous posting. However, I do need to clarify on some of the "threats" ..... You mentioned that tall thin trees and lamp post slicing the balconyare fengshui treats so could you plse advise the attached layout that I intend to buy at ground floor? There are 5 thin trees in the middle and 1 slightly bigger one on the right of the house....also a lamp post on the left....Are these also considered as threats ? Thanks Warmest Regards, David Chua
  3. Hello Cecil, What do we need to look out for when buying a condo unit that is at ground floor facing the pool with patio ? The unit also face another tower which is 20 storey but the unit itself has another 6 floor above it. Will there be a fengshui issue staying at ground floor ? Thanks David
  4. Appended by Cecil: Anything that has to do with reviewing personal ba zi info and a host lot of other information, has to do with paid service than free service. Thanks. Dear Master, I 'm considering buying a unit at WestMere EC located at Jurong East St. 13. However, after reading thru your messages and using the free reports, I'm still quite confuse which unit is best for me. I'm born in 11 Feb 69 (time: 10:15am) and my birth element is Strong Fire, therefore, my suitable house facing should be (1) NE/SW (2) North (3) NW/West. Questions: (1) Which unit is best for me #17-07 or #18-08 (I have attached the floorplan of both unit...they are actually next to each other except these 2 are at different floor). (2) #17-07 seem to have the toilet in the center of the house which is quite bad. The facing of the house should be "south" which is not good for me? Am I interpreting this correctly? (3) #18-08 have the housefacing of "West" (not sure if I'm reading the direction correctly) seem to be one ofmy favour direction. Is this unit better for me? (4) Having said that, I actually prefered #17-07 cos it isbigger infloor area and condition is better. (5) Could you please advise me? Thanks David
  5. Hi Master, I read your reply on buying a car during lunar seven month is not a major problem then how about booking a flat or house during this time ? I always read about propertymarket both new and resales business affected during this period so why are people avoiding this period although they don't move into the house during seventh month. Thanks

  7. Hi Master, When buying a condo/house, does it matter whether it is near to a temple or fire station ? Which floor is considered a good feng shui floor ? Is it good to have the hall facing the pool ? Thank you
  8. Hi Master, I read from the old posting and you mentioned that Lakeholmz is one of the best one that you have seen in the West. What about LakeShore which is near MRT and Jurong Lake too ? For EC, do you have any comments on Westmere at Jurong East and Summerdale at Boon Lay. Appreciate your advise. Thanks
