Hi, My fiance and I are looking around for a new flat. Recently, we found 1 flat that we both like. In some of the postings, I read that if a flat is near a temple, it may not be that good for the occupiers.The flat is behind the temple, but as it isabove 10thfloor,theflat will not be blocked by the temple. Furthermore, the rooms are affected by the afternoon sun. Have attached the layout of the flat for your reference. Pls advise.
