Dear cecil, There should not be a window opposite the bedroom door. Neither the window should be on the same side as the door. The bed should not be placed between the door and window. If one has to comply with all this scenario that would mean no window. Would like to know where the window should be located in the bedroom (if will be better if you can provide a picture also). Hi everyone, I think one should not do any major renovations to their homes by just reading a book since not all theories and aspects are covered in a single book since feng shui is a vast subject. And it is not beneficial to the user since in their hurry they might unconsciously enhance their bad sector or the misfortune and illness sector. It is better to consult a geomancer before doing a major renovation and if a user is interested in doing it themselves then they should equip themselves by reading as much as possible on this subject and take advise from a knowledgeable person before the major construction. Instead of making changes first and then wondering why things are not getting better. I am not saying that the feng shui is difficult to implement but the fact is there is lack of correct information out there in the market.

Dear cecil, I read somewhere that living close to school is not good since there is yin and yang imbalance(since there is abundance of yang energy during the day due to children but at night it is too quite). But the house where main door faces the park is considered good. I needed to know wont there be yin and yang imbalance here also since parks are filled with people during the day but empty at night.
