I have several good luck plants some in water and some planted outside. Is this plant a type of bamboo and is it true that some have flowers. I have never seen any with flowers.Also what is the Botanical name and beliefs? Thanks.

My birth is 8/7/63 at 7 a.m., central standard time. My house faces west, bedroom is in the north somewhat east area. I have the chinese writing symbolizes good luck, peace and so on made in brass, where should I hang them and doe it matter if is reflected in mirror? First of all my house faces west and a large holly tree to large to cut down is in front of my front door what to do?
