Hello, we have just started house hunting and to our dismayed, landed property prices has gone up like crazy as compared to Nov last year. I was told by someone who knew a little bit about FS advising that we should look for a property on the last quarter of 2007 or best in 2008 whereby there will be a correction to the current uptrend. What are your advise please as you are a professional master. Thank you.
