I sit in a cubicle and there is a a concrete beam over my head in the office. I am worried that it will affect my promotional opportunities in my career. There are 2 pillars, one is blocked by the partition and the one is at a diagonal to the opening of the cubicle. there is also a wall unit aircon to my right...my back is facing a window.. Are there problems? Thank you
