hi, a friend of mine recently bought a small house in their province in Bacolod. they have spent quite a lot in refurbishing the house only to find out that one of the rooms is on top of the septic tank. the seller of the house did not tell them about this prior to them buying the house. is this okay? or is this bad feng shui? if it is bad, can they do something about it? appreciate your help. thanks. pete lagunda Philippines
