Hello Master, I am a bit confused what renovation should make the change in the flying stars of the hous? Demolishing of bult in closets, painting and pot lights on main floor and new kitchen , bathroom and dry wall in basement will do? Loft bulding will do? Bathroom renovation on main floor will do?
