Thank you for such a quick response. It was very helpful. I wish I could figure out how to post a picture of my bell, that would have been more help. lol

Is it ok to hang a" lucky charm, Buddha bell" on the outside of a front door faceing south? It is not a bell made to hang on a door but, it looks nice there and will hold up to weather.
