Hi there, Over the 2 weekends, seems like alot peopletaking up units at Caspian like no economic recession. Is that a good condo? My attention was then directed to look at the opposite side of the road ... at Parc Vista From the property websites... itseemed the price are much cheaper around $512/psf compared to Caspian $620/psf Why nobody looking at Parc Vista?
