Hi Master, I need your advice on 2 issues which I encountered during my recent house viewing. 1. I like a unit on the 2nd floor.I felt very comfortable when I viewed the house as it's spacious, bright and airy.But on the left side of thebalcony about 20m away, there is asubstation. I can see the substation when I sit in the living room. Iheard that house facing substation is very bad for health. Is this true ? 2. How to interpret if unit number #04-04 is auspicious or not. In hokkien it sounds like "kong xi kong xi" which sounds good. Thank you in advance for the advice.

I read in some fengshui books that the preferred color for master bedroom is color tone ranging fromwhite, beige to brown (close to nature). However, if these preferred colors happen to be the most unfavourable colors for my family,is it better to choose our favourable colors instead ?
