I am thinking of buying a private condo, currently the few choices I have are Yishun Emerald, Yishun Sapphire and Euphony Garden. Can you pls advise which one would be a better choice. Would there be a difference if I am buying for investment purpose as well as to stay in myself for a few years. Thanks.
