  1. Thank you Master Cecil Lee As a precaution and peace of mind, my husband and I decided to get a new bedframe for the new house and leave the old bedframe at the old house. I will also not participate in the moving. However, I have 2 more questions: 1) Is is alright to leave the old bedframe for the tenant to use? 2) As the new house's Master bedroom is small, there are only 2 walls to put the new bedframe - directly under the aircon or face the aircon. If not, can we put the bedframe back against the windows? Please kindly advise the best way to place the bed. Thank you very much.
  2. Dear Master Cecil Lee I am currently 8 months pregnant and have recently rented out my current house. Due to the circumstances, I would need to shift out to a new house in 2 weeks time. I understand for pregnant woman, the bedframe should not be shifted or moved. Therefore I intend to get a new bedframe and take the existing mattress to the new house, and will leave the old bedframe at the old house. Is it appropriate that the old bedframe be left for the tenant to use, I will give instructions for the tenant to use the bedframe but not to dismantle/shift the old bedframe until my confinement period is over. Please can you kindly advise if this is appropriate? I am quite confused on how to handle the old bedframe.Thank you. Best Regards.
