Hi, I'm planning to buy a HDB flat, as I need to buy an unit fast, thus pls advise what're the minimum things I need to watch out. Must the main door be facing North, entrance to the unit must be bright, the distance of opposite block cannot be too near, etc? Pls advise, Thanks.

Hi, Pls advise whether the Parc Vista facing along Boon Lay Way is good to purchase. I saw this topic was discussed few years ago and the conclusion was Parc Vista is not a good choice, why? Thanks
