Hi Anon, Sometimes, you should to worry too much. There are so many form of analysis (ie numerology, ba zi, chinese horoscope etc) Each form of analysis tries to make sense of a certain chart. With regards to health this may or may not happen all depends on many factors as well. I mean rather than worrying about what might happen, you should be more pro-active in attempting to prevent any potential health issue from happening. ie. Keeping or staying Health has been a good way of enhancing your wealth. ie. Watching the food your eat also is very helpful in ensuring that you maintain a good health. ie. Having sufficient preventive measures ie vaccination all will help keep the child healthy Predictions in any form of analysis is ultmately just predictions. Sometimes that is why in our website we try to avoid any fortune telling predictions to prevent worrying people. When you worry, you tend to make things happen. So my advise is just to let nature take its own course. Keeping healthy will always keep the doctor away. That is the best you can do not worry too much. Hope that helps Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Anon, Frankly, when you read any Horoscope forecast, most of the time you must always remember that it is a general forecast only. Each person who creates a forecast, uses different concepts or tools available to him or her to be able to attempt to analyse the different animal signs to determine whether an animal sign is good or bad. Frankly, I can tell you that even for an Ox, there is at least 10 different kinds of Ox, so not all are good or bad. ie a weak water Ox, Strong water Ox etc. Each kind of element will have different luck for that year. That is why you see on our forecast, we attempt to give you a full breakdown of animal signs and their associated element. This will give you a better picture of whether Ox in general is good or bad for you. Since we also use Ba Zi, as long as there isn't any major clash or harms, then it isn't a very bad year for the Ox. In our forecast we consider Ox as an average luck for the year. Not too good or not too bad. URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2005.htm But ultimately, it depends on what kind of Ox are you. ie weak Water Ox for example needs to be extra careful, whereas Strong Water Ox will benefit from the Rooster year. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Kelvin, Basically, you have to try to enhance what elements favours you in as many area of your life as possible:- Birth Element: Weak Metal Likes: Earth (yellow), Metal (white/gold) Dislikes: Fire (red), Water (blue/black/gray) Wealth: Wood (green/brown) NOTE: Wealth element auspicious only if you are a Strong Metal, otherwise it will bring you lots of problem This is a very important concept for you to improve your luck. Five element can be applied in many ways, but most important is the Colours of any objects etc. Your Home ie a suitable house element. House element is determined by the facing of the house.:- Earth - North-East/South-West Metal - North-West/West Your Suitable Direction/Sector ie which sector is good for you to study/work/sleep:- Prosperity - North-West Longevity - North-East Excellent - West Health - South-West Your Bedroom decor ie shades of colours and furniture colours:- Earth - yellow Metal - white/gold Your personal objects / dressing ie shades of colours:- Earth - yellow Metal - white/gold Your career ie a Job favourable for you are:- Earth - Customer Relations, Constuctions, Games, etc Metal - Accountancy, Banking, Investment, etc People around you ie your family your friends etc. Strong Earth, weak Metal person Your Compatible Animal Signs ie compatible animal signs for partner:- Excellent - Ram, Dog, Dragon, Pig Avoid - Rooster, Rat, Tiger Your Travel Direction ie a good direction for any major travel plans:- Earth - North-East/South-West Metal - North-West/West The period ? ie luck changes each day, month, year etc. So different period you will find your luck changes from up and down. Thus you should take advantage of those good luck period for doing any important thing in your life. Hope that helps Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Anon, This is generally, a very common issue between two persons. The best way you go about matching two person's eight house is to apply the give and take approach. ie. Breadwinner should have the house extremely suitable to him. This way even if the bedroom is of a lesser auspicious, the breadwinner draw luck from the house. The breadwinner's spouse should then get the better bedroom to compensate from the lack in auspicious facing of the house. This will resolve most of the such conflicts. Especially, when what is good for one is bad for the other. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Anon, Frankly, Feng Shui is by no means a mircle care to all problems. Your problem if any is what we would classify as a Human Luck factor. Particularly, if you lost your job to due to your attitude. Then probably the best thing you can do is to correct or improve your attitude. I don't think no amount of feng shui can help you here. It is always important to find the root cause to any problem. If you know what is the root cause, then work to correct it. Otherwise, even if you find another job, you might stilllose it the same way you lost the other. You see even if a person's luck isn't good in a period, but if he/she has good overall human luck (ie very hardworking, good attitude), this can help to get into your boss good books. And thus, keep you employed. As the saying goes, nothing can help you unless you are willing to help yourself. Hope that helps. Dear Mark, Frankly, it is best to look at all the stars at one go. Rather than looking at it separately. 3 - Strong Wood,5 -Strong Earth, 6 - Strong Metal Looking at the bad stars, 5 Strong Earth is exhausted by both Strong Metal and Strong Wood. So the star 5 impact in that sector is not an issue. Strong Wood is also controled by Strong Metal. So also neutralised. So even if you do not do anything most of the stars are almost neutralised. However, this is no harm in adding some Metal cures to further strengthen the sector. A little Water and Fire will also not do much harm as it will then create a full five element harmony (Wood -

Dear ed Gin, In this case, either (a) or (b) which you have mentioned are both acceptable. Like the saying goes, if you cannot see the problem, then it no longer becomes an issue. Option (b) would be probably better if your bedroom is large enough to allow for the a soft curtain to there without creating too much inconvience especially making it difficult to navigate around the room. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Anon, For office, of course it will be good to have some window as it will firstly look nice and bright. But even if you do not have the window is fine especially in use as a store or warehouse. In addition, you will have a lack of nice view which can be very good impact on a client especially in a waiting or meeting room area. In addition, there will be no additional entry points for Qi to enter into the office except the main door. Hope that helps. Dear kb Ang, Frankly, even with a simple Eight House (4 good and 4 bad directions), there are so many people who still find it hard to apply due to complete oppositestype of chart between two person. That concept you mentioned is only add further complications. Anyway, I don't advise the use of it, simply because there is an even better one that is derived from the Ba Zi Feng Shui. Ba Zi uses the date and time of birth so it is likely to give better results than Gua (Kua) analysis. Gua analysis uses only YEAR of birth. Hope that helps. Dear Knight Elliot, Everyone has some form of personal intuition (often known as like Sixth Sense). Some people have very strong intuition, others have less. It is hard to tell you from a third party point of view, exactly whether the repeated 11 is it auspicious or not. Probably it sounds like a warning to me at this point. Usually, when a person is very close to you, when something happen, you just have some feeling about it. Quite natural. Sometimes, the best thing is not to be overly worried. When you think too much into anything, you only stress yourself out and add more worries. Especially, so when things just do seems to work out well for you. Unfortunately, we have seen many people posting to us about they have problem how to correct it. Every person and situation is unique. There is not going to be a single advice that can given that will work for everyone. Same goes for your case. There could be a series of events or things which might be causing your problem. Unless you find out what is the root problem, it is going to be anyone guess what might be wrong:- ie. Is it your existing house luck (Earth Luck) that is bad or unsuitable to you. ie. Is it your ba zi luck (Heavenly Luck), in a rather inauspicious or filled with clashes which causes your overall luck to be down? Or sometimes, your luck may be good, but because of adverse influence from your home (Earth Luck), you will still have such problems. ie. Is the current career for example not a favourable element for you? As you can see, there are so many issues which might explain what is going on. Unless you know exactly where the problem lies, it can be difficult for anyone to just advise you say you must do this and that to improve your luck The best advise, I can give you for time being, is make use of the free tools on our website. Check whether could the problem be your home (ie flying star report and eight house report), or is it your luck (ie ba zi report). These can give you some better idea where the problem is for. My best guess would be it could be your home feng shui luck. Often, this is the major cause of most issues. ie maybe main door/facing is death or disaster suitability etc. Hope that helps. Hi Anon, The best and only way to really enhance your personal wealth is firstly to understand what kind of luck you are born with (Heaven Luck). This means that once you understand what kind of ba zi luck you have, you will know what elements/colours etc that is favourable or unfavourable to you. If you can make an effort to ensure that as many area in your life is has favourable elements, then your luck will automatically be improved. ie a weak wood, favours water and wood. And need to be strong beforecan benefit from your wealth element. - If you stay in the North house, then it is a water element house. - If you drive a green car (wood), it also enhances your luck when you drive. - If your bedroom decor / clothings, these enhances your luck for your at home etc. - If your career is Health related, it enhances the luck from your career point of view. - Even for family members, if your spouse is of a favourable element ie Strong Water, both of you will benefit. Or if your children is of water elements, you will also benefit from them etc. So these are the many ways to improve your luck. Only then, can you take full advantage of your wealth year. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Olivia, You have to know what each theory is good for, then you will be able to know which concepts are rank at what kind of position. 1. In terms of personal element, you should be using the Ba Zi as this gives you the best and most accurate analysis of your element based on your date and time of birth. Thus, favourable or unfavourable colours will be best derived from this. 2. Trigram or Eight House uses only year of birth (ie 1985), so this analysis is less accurate. But it has is practical uses when you apply the 4 good and 4 bad directions. This, is very useful in determining whether your house is suitable or whether a certain bedroom is suitable to you or not. However, I will not use this Gua (Kua) element as your birth element, due to the year of birth analysis only. 3. Chinese Horoscope is more for fun or just understanding what kind of characteristics a person might have. Some parts of this analysis is already found in the Ba Zi under the Earthly Branches. As such if you do a Ba Zi analysis, you will not need to worry about this Chinese Horosope. In our website, you will see that we focus on Ba Zi and not Chinese Horoscope. Most people will often consider Chinese Horoscope just more for fun, as well as compatibility between one and another. I would say, if you make use of the various free reports on our website, you will not gowrong. This is because, these are the best and most effective analysis available for anyone to make use. However, other aspects to check are also whether the external and interal environment has any flaws or not, this is the Shapes and Form concept. Next, even if you have found the best home, you need to know how you can harmonise with your environment, and this will depend on how you personalise yourself to the environment. This is where understanding your Heaven Luck (Ba Zi) is important. So in order to practise feng shui, you need to understand and apply everything. One cannot just eat and sleep on just Flying Star and ignore everything else. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research.

Dear ed Gin, It would be good if you can make sure that no part of the bed faces the door. However, if you can't or only a bit of the bed faces the door, then this is still acceptable. The logic behind having your bed face the door, is that it symolise like a coffin position. So not very auspicious. Hope that helps. Dear CJ See, In such a case, I would first ask you whether who would be considered more important or holding very important decision making to keep the company going. If it is you, then ideally the facing of the office should fit you first. Especially, if you are the one running the business operations, and if your partner is considered like a sleeping partner. If not, then your business partner should get a better office facing. Then the other thing you can do, is ensure that you locate yourself in a good sector of the office, so that you can gain luck from that to offset what you cannot gain from the office main door/facing. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear May, This shouldn't be a problem. As long as you can block the poison arrow it does not matter whether it is artificial or not. In fact, for bedroom, it isn't too advisable to have real plants. This is because in the evening, the plants will also be fighting with you for oxygen. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear CJ See, A double 8 house is of course ideal. But if you do not get a house that is equally suitable, then you will not be able to enjoy the full potential. This like saying that say the house has a maximum of 100% luck that you can obtain. If your are not suitable to it, then you can only enjoy a fraction of that amount of luck. Say in terms of Death/Disaster (which is the worst of the eight house suitability, then you may only obtain say 40% of the entire luck potential). If the house is spook or irritation, I would say it will still be fine. But when it comes to Death or Disaster, it should be avoided if possible. So far we have seen so many cases, often when the house is death or disaster, the owners often have many issues. Remember, that a suitability to a home is the hardest to correct. There is virtually no way to cure it. This is also same for the External surrounding, very hard to correct issues that comes from the surrounding. But for flying star, you can still correct or neutralise any inauspicious impact. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Kathie, Firstly, you should understand a few issues about house number:- 1. House number isn't the most important aspect of a home. Meaning that the more important factor about luck of a home comes from the surrounding and the interior layout of the house itself. 2. Auspicious Number can be explained in many different ways. ie 4 to the Chinese especially Canonese is Die, but to some like the 4 leave clover is good luck. So how you perceive a number really depends on the individual. Some people like 4 others don't. 3. Sometimes, people look at house number the way it sounds or looking for numbers often associated with good luck like (6 in chinese is often means luck). Or in period 8, 8 is considered a very good number so it is ideal. 4. Usually, house number is looked at after you confirmed the house layout and location. Meaning that say if you are still looking for a new house, and here are two units available which is exactly the same. Then you look at the house number in attempt to see which is sounds better. Thus, there are many ways at looking at a number. Unless, you have the luxuary of changing the given house number, then there isn't much you can do about the number. But as mentioned, house number isn't the final determining factor for a house luck. So don't worry too much about it. Focus, on the house external surrounding and interior layout. Make sure the house fits and suits the people that is going to stay there. This is much more important. Hope that helps. Dear Mieke van der Wijngaart-van Dongen, In your case, whether there isn't much of a choice available to choose from. Then I would East would probably be the better choice. I mean at least directly behind is the sink rather than the toilet bowl itself. This is at least better than having a toilet bowl sharing the same wall as your bed. Furthermore, since it is your own toilet, you will be able to keep it clean, control keeping the toilet bowl cover down and keep the toilet door close when not in use. Often a home toilet will not be as dirty as a public toilet. The reason why toilet is considered least auspicious is often it is would be considered the most dirty place in them home, as well as a potential wealth leak (ie when you flush the toilet). So most of the time you would not want to have a toilet located near your main door where it is said that you will dirty the Qi. Neither do you want to have the toilet at the center of the home, where it is like you flush all the wealth out of your home given that center of the house is where all the major Qi influence will meet. Otherwise, there isn't much you can do about it. Of course, it will be ideal if you have other bed placement options but when you do not, you can only choose the least problematic option. Usually, this is only one issue amongs the rest of the issues. As long as you attempt to fix up all other major leaks, than it won't matter too much. I mean failing to answer 1 question out of 20 will not cause you fail the exam as long as you are able to answer the rest. So same here for feng shui, is is impossible to get a home with zero flaws. So all you can do is minimise whatever problems in the best way possible. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research.

Dear ed Gin, Flying Star house number is only used to check whether a house unit is auspicious or not. This is particularly useful in determining which of the two units say #13-79 or #11-79 has better luck. The descriptions of the impact does not really occur. Whether or not you have such stars depends very much on the flying star analysis of your home more than a house number. So there should be nothing to worry about. Hope that helps. Dear Romila, There is no easy way to improve relationships, especially for office or in large organisations. This is because, often you do not have the luxuary to be able to have your own personliased space where you can plan where you can sit / face / colour for your area. Often, area is given to you. So you just have to make do with what you can correct and try to be more tolerant to avoid conflicts. In terms of Feng Shui:- 1. Just use the compatibility report in our members area. URL: http://login.geomancy.net Find out what element do you each belong to and what element is common to both persons. Have more of such elements such as the colour for the common areas both of you share. 2. At least try to have more of your own favourable elements so that it improves your luck. This may also help to reduce any possible conflicts from arising. Otherwise, the other will be your own people to people skill. You have to learn and find out the best way to deal with different people. Then apply them to the different people you handle. Remember, that Feng Shui is no mircle cure for every single problem. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Marion, We do not believe in applying location factor to a ba zi analysis for several reasons:- 1. In the past, feng shui or ba zi is mostly used in only Chinese country. At that time, no one use location factor in the analysis. It is only until some modern practitioners who want to make ba zi more accurate by adding location factor. However, my point on this is that as it is most people can't even remember or have exact hour of birth. What makes you think they will have the long. and lat. of birth. Even one degree off is as good as making the chart even more inaccurate. 2. Ba zi can be done without any time of birth factor anyway. If you noticed books about ba zi case study on famous people, 80% are done without even the hour of birth. So what does this imply. Hour of birth isn't absolutely necessary. Of course, if you have it will be better. 3. Simplified Time Zone modification, ie +/- hours based on the GMT for example. This is also in accurate application of location factor. The best way is just to apply ba zi based on your local time. No additional modification is needed. Ba Zi is only a heavenly given luck or map of what you might have assuming all other factors remain constant. However, in reality, your environment is always changing, as such what ever luck predicted in your heaven luck need not necessary be exactly the same as what you may encounter. A simple example of this is say a twin with the same ba zi. Imagine if one has PHD, the other only have primary education, do you think the two will have exactly the same luck? That is why I keep saying that even if your ba zi luck is very good this 10-year, but if your earth luck influence is bad, you will have bad overall luck. And thus, whatever predicted in your ba zi will never be correct. Furthermore, there are fortune telling aspects in ba zi. But a true fortune teller for example, does not just use ba zi, he will use ba zi, palm reading, his own experience to see how you talk and look in order to make a prediction. But a prediction is just a prediction. Often, it is those people who believe in exactly what the fortune teller tell you that you eventually make it happen. Ba Zi should be use only as a heaven luck prediction, to help you better understand yourself and how it fits to your environment. As such if you noticed, on our website we do not do any fortune telling. What we do is just to let you know what are the type of luck you should be having and what are the possible stars which might be present at which time so as to give you an guide or indication to maximise your own luck. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Romila, For the Eight House or Kua, it is not really possible to improve the relationship. For example, if North is Excellent for you, but North is Spook for your spouse, then it is not possible to make North the best direction for both of you. This is a limitation of this concept. However, what most people can do is ensure that you apply the give and take concept. Meaning, priority of a suitability to a house goes to the breadwinner, while the breadwinner gets a less auspicious room. Then give the spouse a better more suitable bedroom, since the spouse does not get the luck from the house. The only way you can improve any compatibilty, is between your birth element. Say one is weak waer and another is Strong metal. Then the best binding element is Water element. Which can then mean that you should choose colours such as blue/back/gray as a common element for the bedroom etc. Please use the free Compatibilty analysis in our Members Areas:- URL: http://login.geomancy.net To help you determine what are your individual elements as well as the common binding element to improve your relationship or compatibility. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research

Dear Anon, This is a very common issue for most couple. But the way to go about doing it is to apply the give and take principle. In the case of Eight House when what is suitable to you isn't suitable to your spouse. Then you should ensure that the house should be first suitable to you as the Breadwinner. Even if your wife isn't that suitable to the house, it is not too bad. If you can ensure that your wife has a suitable bedroom instead. This means that you draw your luck from the house, while your wife will draw the luck from a better bedroom. So even if the bedroom is like Spook/Irritation for yourself, this is acceptable since your luck comes from the house and not the bedroom. Hope that helps.
