Dear Master Lee, I am looking to purchase a landed property. The house faces west and the back fence is higher than the front. My concerns is with a Government sewer line that runs down one side of the land, (from the back to the front). This Is a sewer line that connects to surrounding properties. It does not go under the house. Please could you advise on the negative effects of this sewer line. I humbly thank you for your help.
