Frontage is standing inside the living room looking out. For apartments is looking out of the balcony. For cluster homes is standing inside the living room looking out of the living room sliding doors. 1. Blocks 47, 49, 51 and 53 falls under N3 or S3 facing direction N2 = [Better luck under Period 9.] S2 = [Less lucky under Period 9. As formerly double #8's at it's frontage had now become Past or Gone Luck!] ++++++++++++++ 2. Block 55 falls under NE1 or SW1 facing NE1 = [Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.] ++++++++++++++ Stacks/Units #47, #48, #49 & #50 SW1 [Take extra care of HEALTH ISSUES from 2024 onwards.] ++++++++++++++ 3. Can be luckier under Period 9 especially depending on where is the living room.] ++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ But also need to review/consider the individual Internal Layout Plan & this is just part of the many considerations in a home purchase. However the above does not take into consideration things like: Kitchen/Stove at Inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate or Poison arrow aimed towards the unit, proximity to common bin etc.. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ ++++ PART 2 = 35% Location, location, location? Sha Qi? Poison Arrow? Watch Your Front, Sides & Back! PART 3 = 30% How Suitable to breadwinner? Please note that has yet to take into consideration: 1. How suitable is the unit to the main breadwinner & 2. External Shapes and Forms of the unit TOTAL SCORE = 35 + 35 + 30 = 100% Get Expert Help: ++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++ How do you Feng Shui your home? Use your front door? 8. On 16 August 2023 - A new road extension off Yio Chu Kang Road parallel to Gerald Drive Finally, the government has started to create a road parallel to Ocean, Lagoon and Cove side: Blocks 100, 102 and 104.. Thus once this side especially units facing this new road was pretty quite. But with this new road, do expect traffic noise especially during peak hours of the day. Worse still this side of the development use the cheap mesh fencing. This side of Seletar Springs Condominium will certainly get traffic noise especially during peak hours of the day. Since it is just a stone's throw away from this road. inally, a new road running parallel to Gerald Drive has been constructed that will take traffic towards Buangkok Green and towards KPE These fencing will be torn down once this new road will be ready.... as it is suppose to join Buangkok Drive. Road name - not known yet. May it could be called Tan Juan Jin Road to honour the last Speaker of Parliament? The future road suppose to look something like this in ORANGE Related:

  13. STILL WANT TO APPLY KINDERGARTEN FENG SHUI? Sure that North = Water? LOL Reference Geomancy.net Colour Chart Showing Water = Blue, Black or Grey NORTH = WATER, SOUTH = FIRE ETC... Unfortunately, TODAY, this is applying Kindergarten type of Feng Shui!
  14. BA ZI FENG SHUI CASE STUDY 2A: AFTER APPLYING FLYING STAR FENG SHUI SEE IF ONE CAN INCLUDE A HARMONOUS BA ZI ELEMENT TO THAT SPECIFIC SECTOR IN QUESTION Also known as Ba Zi Feng Shui especially since Best Elements are also considered in the Feng Shui review ++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++ +++ CASE STUDY 2A: TWO OR MORE PERSONS SLEEPING IN THE SAME BEDROOM? MR ABC WITH MRS CDE OCCUPIES THE MASTER BEDROOM BINDING ELEMENT OF TWO PERSONS OR THE LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR L.C.M. OF BA ZI For Example, if this is the Master Bedroom, both Mr and Mrs Ba Zi Birth Elements are also to be considered The above caution: "NOTE: SOME SECTOR(S) MAY NOT ACCEPT BRIGHT YELLOW &/OR BRIGHT RED &/OR GREEN COLOUR EVEN THOUGH THE COLOUR(S) MAY BE SUITABLE TO THE INDIVIDUAL" Is that in some situations, the Flying Star e.g. of say Master Bedroom cannot allow for certain colours even if it is favourable to that person or combined persons. +++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++ +++ Sample of a comprehensive Report GUA + FLYING STAR + BA ZI FENG SHUI
  15. FLYING STAR FENG SHUI CASE STUDY 1: THE MISSING LINK IS APPLYING FLYING STAR FENG SHUI In this example, under Flying Star Feng Shui, North sector has a Mountain Star MS #9. If one were to assume that North sector = Water? were to use e.g. BLUE etc.. this can unfortunately drown the MS #9.
  16. GUA / KUA (4 GOOD & 4 BAD) You wrote: "I have my bed room in North in my house, because North is Water element" Extracts from a Past Thread will similar type of question... [Link to that thread is also enclosed BELOW]: Case Study 1 : Feng Shui is not one size fits all: "IT DEPENDS!". And try to understand what is Kindergarten Feng Shui. 1. You wrote: "2) Directions and Elements" 1.1 In my opinion, if this is the 1970's what you wrote under Para 2 above may get an A+. 1.2 But please note that from the mid 1980's and especially TODAY, unfortunately, your impressive writings (no offence) can be classified as "Kindergarten Feng Shui". 1.3 This simply means that IN GENERAL : North = Water, South = Fire is not the MAIN consideration. Given that this kindergarten FS has a more refined way concept via Compass School Feng Shui = Flying Star Feng Shui. 2. Practical Approach to Feng Shui today takes into account many of the concepts within this chart:
