  3. The issue at hand can be effectively addressed, leading to the classification of the matter as Peanuts. This indicates that the concern is minor and manageable.
  4. Is Free The main point is that to enhance privacy and functionality, one can simply choose to permanently close the toilet door facing the front [main] door and utilize the door connected to the bedroom instead. This straightforward solution addresses the issue of dual access to the toilet.

  6. Is the Sales Brochure Useful? Introduction: For brand new just launched developments, there is no physical site to visit the completed buildings and apartments. 1. The only thing we can do is to visit the show room (which often is close-by to the site) as well as obtain a sales brochure and see the mock-up of the development. As well as try to ask questions from the sales agent (if any). 1.1. We must still try to gather as much information as we can. 2. Summary of Case Studies in this article. If the information is overwhelming. Pick and choose selective articles... 1A & B: Common Rubbish Bin 2A & B: Interior unit Dry Walls 3: Fire at Heaven's Gate 4: Sha Qi or Poison Arrows from Club-house roof-lines 5: 3 Panel Sliding Doors at the Balcony 6: Drainage at the Balcony 7: Air-con Ledges 8: Mixed Developments + Cooling Towers 9: Termite infestations 10: Coffee-shop below or near to unit 11: Water tank at roof-top 12: Lamp Posts, Pillars, Tree Trunks 13: Spice Garden in an EC/condo 14: EC/condo Clubhouse 15A & B: Pneumatic Waste Collection System 16: Look closely at the development's scale model for clues 17: Buying a Mixed development apartment 18: Survey or study facilities surrounding the development 19: Pump Room below a unit 20: Seven Commandments of Stove Placement 21: Is there a potential poison arrow from the neighbours? 22: Should I be concerned with a near-by temple, church, mosque &/or elder care? 23: Is the compass marking on the Sales Brochure accurate? 24: Sites reserved for Schools? 25: Doors face each other? [Main Door/Bedrooms] 26: Unit numbers with 4, 44 or 444 Okay? 27: Stove or sink or WC at the Centre of the house? 3. It is always an excellent idea to spent some time to scrutinise a prospective sales brochure of our potential buy (purchase). 4. Recently, more and more clients have discovered to their shock (horror) that the least expected was the location of the central rubbish bin outside their unit. 5. A year ago; many had purchased a premium unit within the development .. and later shocked to learn that the central rubbish chute (for their entire floor) is just next to their main door! 6. Thus the morale of the story is to check first before signing on the dotted line. 7. In general, most developments have these:- 8.1. A central rubbish collection centre / rubbish bin collection point 8.2. Power Sub-station. Every development usually has one or more of these depending on the size of the development. 8.3. Design of club-house roof-lines / trellis / gazebo / pavilion. Are the designs a "threat" e.g. with spikes or like a razor's edge? Usually these are aimed towards lower storeys. 8.4. Any poison arrows in the form of a sharp corner of another block of neighbouring stack aimed towards one's balcony (hard to cure) or towards one's windows (if any) 8.5. Location of areas like BBQ pits and any impact e.g. the smell from these pits towards a unit.. especially low storeys such as #01 or #02 first or second storeys 8.6. Any tree trunk aimed towards a lower unit e.g. #01 or #02. Unfortunately it may be too late; especially if the development is under construction. 9. There are lots more considerations... 9.1. Do remember "Read in-between" the lines.. 9. IN SUMMARY "The main point of the text emphasizes the importance of considering time dimensions when analyzing the occurrence of specific numerical combinations, particularly the significance of the number six in relation to other numbers and their potential effects in various contexts. Additionally, it suggests that certain combinations can negate or diminish the positive influence of beneficial numbers." - Master Cecil Lee
  10. Gain insights about Time Zone under this link: Extract from the above Thread 3. Using GMT time zone is a bad way to apply the location factor, because GMT time zone only affects the longitude changes. Furthermore, GMT has been simplified so much so it is no longer as accurate as in the past. 4. Our stand on this issue is NOT to add these level of complication to the analysis. Meaning that you should just use your local time (regardless of what country), to analyse the Ba Zi. This is because if you truly understand how the Ba Zi works, the HOUR pillar will not make a major impact in terms of the 10-yearly, 5-yearly, yearly and monthly luck pillars. The hour pillar gives additional pillars available for combinations and clashes, so this can affect the final outcome of a person to be either weak or strong. A day without the hour will give the rough element strength of the day. Only a few hours may result in weak/strong element. Otherwise, not much change will occur. Your luck pillars will not be too badly influenced by the hour impact. Except for minor yearly and chart clash or harms that may occur. But these are minor as your general luck will not alter too much. 5. This is why we can still analyse a person luck fairly well even if you do not provide the hour pillar. Just check out some of the masters who had done case study of famous people, you will noticed that they do it just with the date of birth. They don't even apply any location factor. Ba zi has designed to compensate from the lack of the hour pillar. So with or without the hour of birth, a person's chart can still be charted out. Just that with the hour pillar, your forecast will be more accurate. 6. This is why we find no need to apply location into the Ba Zi. Just use your local time and it should be okay. 7. You must always remember that a Ba Zi is supposed to be a heavenly GIVEN chart of what kind of luck you are supposed to have assuming your environment remains constant. This means it does not consider education, your house (earth luck), people around you, your career etc. However, in real life, how can you expect your environment to be the same all the time. Your luck is always being altered by your house luck, people around you, and your career. Let me give you some example:-
  11. 1995's Seating Design Concrete, iron and clad with mosaic tiles The location is approximately Block 572, Pasir Ris Street 53. The lease commenced on 1 October 1995. This architectural design is similarly present in various other HDB neighborhoods within Pasir Ris. This design also has a distinctive round hook for one to hang a bag
  12. Maybe there is a sign somewhere that says keep closed or something... Than I'll just go and close it Yes, if keep on repeating it. The MA is obliged to help place a notice +++
  13. Common sense reason for the fire exit door to be closed at all times… Note: MA - Managing Agent MC - Managing Committee: Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and members in the committee. In SG, one can only serve a maximum of 2 years rotation as the Treasurer.
  14. Hi Master Lee. If I open main door and it's facing like this, is it okay? Under civil defence act, mandatory the staircase/shelter door be closed at all times. If so not perfect but acceptable. Since does not actually see the steps. Better than face a common bin. +++ It used to be closed.. not sure why recently it was opened. Thanks for the advice! Complaint to the MA. As it is against the law. Do keep photos and dates for future action. If the MA does not take action. Most likely the cleaners. Most effective… joint the MC. As a member will do. Very effective! LOL Many MA’s pay more attention to MC members.
  15. $9/- for mutton Brani. Too garlicky for my liking at HDB Toa Payoh HUB food court.
