During my most recent visit to a client at Yew Mei Green EC in 2023, I noticed that they had replaced their main door with a completely different one due to a significant crack in the existing door. Interestingly, their neighbor had also upgraded their front door. It is worth noting that both new doors do not quite complement the exterior design of the other existing doors [original door design] in the development. If you are considering changing your front door, it is best to consult with the Managing Agent or Managing Committee.

hi Master Lee, we reconfigured the kitchen and put it at the area which was formerly the store, toilet and helper room, is it workable? The rest okay. But very inauspicious to have the stove and oven close to the Centrepoint of the house. In addition, who in the right mind will place such items next to the stairs. Common sense says, when (touchwood) there is a fire and smoke, and the first thing is the smoke can engulf the upstairs …. Due to that, I wonder is it ok or not advisable to reposition full length wardrobe to shift to in front of my bed (meaning I see wardrobe facing my bed)? Any issue with health or $ luck with full length wardrobe facing master bed? Aircon so long as not directly above bedhead or directly blow to head. Else FS does not micro manage this.
