Dear Cecil The name of the condominium is Sunglade. It is located along Serangoon Ave 2 at its junction with Upper Searangoon Rd. It is not marketed yet. The land is in a slight depression and is bounded on the NE by Serangoon Ave 2, east by Upper Serangoon Rd, south by a petrol station and SW and west by a school and HDB flats respectively. The above ground MRT is about 150 metres east on the other side of Upper Serangoon Rd. The MRT tracks are running parallel with Upper Serangoon Rd. The condominium site that I am keen on, is situated about 100 metres diagonally opposite an MRT station with elevated tracks about 10 metres high. A small section of the condo site was previously occupied by a couple of graves which had since been exhumed. Constuction of the condo has not begin yet. the fengshui of the site favourable ?
