  1. Hello Cecil and all, My KUA is 9 and my front door faces NW. Moving is out of the question. The good thing is that the master bedroom is in the north, as is the kitchen. What can I do to correct the inauspicious direction of main front door? I don't know how to attach a floor plan (I have one of 1st and 2nd floors, basic drawings) to this post. But basic layout is: 1st floor: Main door in NW, kitchen in North, 1/2 bath in West. Dining room in NE, living room in S, SE and E. 2nd floor: Master bed in in North, full bath in West, office in South/SE and gues room in East. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Kathy
  2. I have a possibly stupid question, but after reading two feng shui books I'm more confused than ever. To determine the direction my front door faces, do I stand in front of the front door facing out (which gives me NW, not good for me) or stand inside the house, with my back to the front door (which gives me SE, very good for me). Second, when doing a room within the house, do I stand in the doorway of that room (making the doorway the North direction) to determine the directions or use the directions based on the house location. I can't do any corrections until I know which way is the right way to determine my compass points. Thanks for your help.
