Any advise that you could give me for the following problem would be greatly appreciated. I live in a ranch house in the exact center of which is a room that holds the hot water tank. It is impossible to relocate this to another portion of the home. We have base board heat and all the pipes get their source of heat from the tank. The room is painted white. Is there any cure that you can suggest?
