Hi Cecil, I live on the 16th floor of a HDB flat and my open balcony is facing another HDB block, with a road in between. At the top two floor of the opposite block, there is a metel plate protruding out, look like a knife slicing into my balcony. Understand from Fengshui point of view this is bad. Worst still, my main door is directly opposite facing the balcony with no barrier in between. My balcony is facing the NW direction. Is there any remedy for this situation? Thanks and regards,
