Aquarius by the Park

Dear Cecil,
I am interested to purchase a 2 bedroom unit in Aquarius by the Park.
I wonder if this condo has good feng shui.
Also, i am having some problems positioning my bed in the master-room. As the room is sandwiched between two toilets (common & master toilet), the only place to put the bed is with it pointing towards the full height window. I read that this position is bad feng shui.
Is it also bad feng shui for beds to point towards toilet door?
Hence, would this condo still be a good buy?

1. Generally Aquarius by the Park has 10 blocks of flats. And many units face SE or NW while roughly two (or three blocks) that face differently from the rest.

2. Thus, in all developments, usually there are some good and some not so good units.
