buzzspunk
I'm about to move into a new flat, and my bedroom is large and long, with the door at one end facing the window at the other. I know not to place my bed in such a position so that my feet face straight out the door, so what would be a better position? My window faces east. Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 19, 1999 Staff Share Posted October 19, 1999 Dear Tegs,If I read your message correctly, I believe you will be placing the headrest of your bed against a wall. This is a good choice. If you have a low linen cupboard, you can actually place it at the foot of the bed. Alternatively, whether it is possible to use a privacy screen or any other cabinet e.g. a low book shelf (with the shelf) facing outwards towards the door.Taking into consideration "priorities", the legs facing the door is not as bad as the bed against a window etc...Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 10/19/99 9:26:42 AM, Anonymous wrote:I'm about to move into a newflat, and my bedroom is largeand long, with the door at oneend facing the window at theother.
