myfs_135343
Two of my house bedrooms have inverted "V" shaped ceilings and another is a sloping (from high to low) ceiling. I understand that it is not good to sleep in rooms with such odd shaped ceilings. Will it help if I renovate by putting a false flat ceiling using aluminium grid just like those used in offices? Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 25, 2008 Staff Share Posted September 25, 2008 1. In theory, some Feng Shui practitioners automatically find that anything out of the ordinary is no good.2. In my opinion, as the slanted ceiling is unlike a concentrated beam, should just leave it as it is.3. A concentrated beam is no good as there is suppose to be a higher compression below it. While the slanted ceiling is totally flat much like a double decker bed which has a large flat surface.4. Furthermore a higher ceiling improves air circulation or aids better dispersion of heat more efficiently.5. For me, I would not be too concerned with it.
