These flats were built on a vast area of ground level carparks converted into apartment blocks cum car-parks. TOP was sometime late last year: 2008. This plot of land is very close to all the amenties in Bedok Central including supermarkets, markets, swimming pool, MRT line runs along the main road. (One of the picture has the mrt line ...)
