Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 12, 2009 Staff Share Posted February 12, 2009 1. Yes, the Initial Opening Door Procedure, is meant more for the very (very) first time one becomes the owner of the home and enters it for the first time.2. The procedure is technically non-religious. And if one were to view the procedures, it has more to do with "sowing wealth" into our new home.3. Unlike condos, or some premier Housing Board flats, where the floor tiles/ cabinets and even kitchen cabinets and stove are ready; for homes (apartments) that are totally empty; the items as per "Para 8" should be placed on the floor. Roughly, at the spot where you may at this moment consider having a stove or simply place it in the middle of the kitchen. (There is no hard and fast rule, here).4. Yes, the tea leaves are often purchased in packets. Not those "lipton tea bags" or grounded tea. Best that it should be "tea leaves".
