And majority of the procedures are symbolic of "placing wealth into a new home". Personally, have already assisted many clients at least a few thousands with it. And many others have also DIY on their own. The procedures are non-religious also some clients add additional steps like bringing along their joss sticks or candles and "gold" paper.
