1. When buying a property always remember to take a mental snapshot of whether there are any poison arrows (close-by) e.g. the sharp corner of an neighbour's stack (unit) attacking your unit!

2. What constitutes an attack of such poison arrow(s) or sharp corners? Stand inside the home, look out of every window (balcony sliding doors included). Make sure that there are no sharp edge or corner especially a neighbour's cornering unit edge aimed towards a window or living room area.

3. Please see attachment. In this example, try to spot all the external poison arrows that one unit "aims" at another. Go into your unit to check that none of the red or purple arrows are aimed at your unit.

4. It is very common to see such "porcupine" buildings especially if the architect designs a home with lots of corners, edges...

Besides "V" shaped developments, some U shaped developments, in fact small developments where all the stacks seems to be joined so closely often have the most "porcupines".

What are porcupines.. It is my way of describing sharp corners of other stacks (block / unit) aimed at another stack (block/unit).

In this example, only ONE stack ; stack 07 seems to be like a porcupine. And markings D and E cancel each other out. While B and C seems to generate a poison arrow aimed towards unit 01. Further investigation should be made at unit 01 to see if the two B and C poison arrows really pose a threat or not thru any opening at stack 01.

Marking A is harmless- does not pose a threat to it's neighbour stack(s)

1. This is another small condo.

2. In fact many triangle plots can often be very small plots of land.

3. However, the architect made this one of the most "Feng Shui" friendly non-porcupine type of development. The whole estate looks modern; with clean lines and totally no poison arrows aimed at "each other".

4. In terms of Shapes and Forms, has to be one of the most "Feng Shui friendly" layouts around.
