This is a tiny condo development with a total of 34 units. Tenure left is 947 years to go. Estimated completion date is in mid 2011.

It's a very uncommon "V" shaped layout plan. Flying star is a Period8 development.

The main block with stacks 06& 07 facing NW. While stacks 08& 09 facing SE. And a smaller block with stacks 01 & 02 West 2 facing. And stacks 3 & 4 East 2 facing.

I brought out this site as another example where we have to be careful of the "porcupines" i.e. sharp corners aimed at the individual units.

In this example, the most distinct poison arrow is the purple marking "D" where the sharp corner of stack 07 creates a poison arrow towards stack 04 thru the living room balcony area.

There is another poison arrow in the purple marking "B". Where stack 04's corner is aimed towards stack 06's living room area.

Happy to note that the rest of the markings "A, C, D & E" don't seem to pose an issue as these are psuedo poison arrows that don't attack any stack or stack openings. Although marking C may or may not attack stack 07 which has to be closed evaluated on-site.
