Residents only need to take a lift from their condo to the Boon Lay MRT. In addition, it is at the new air-conditioned interchange. Similiar concept to the current condo at Compass Point. Majority of the individual units are either Flying Star Period 8: SE3 or NW3 facing directions. This condominium isgetting it's Temporary Occupational Licence (TOP)very soon! It shares the same concept as the condo at Compass Point which is attached to Jurong Point with easy access to the new bus depot, MRT and the very busy Jurong Point mega shopping complex.
