Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 7, 2009 Staff Share Posted August 7, 2009 Yes, you have already answered the question - Quote "If it is there, it is there; if it is not there, it is not there". There are no if's or but's. If you are applying Feng Shui, then try to maximise or squeeze out luck from else-where:-http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_MarksPhung Tieu T. wrote:My kitchen sink is facing direct of Stove. myfs_62890
Hi Mr. Lee,One last question, if the building lobby is car garage (it means that we enter in the building door is car garage) and go up one level is condo. Do you count the car garage is the first floor of the building base on the Feng Shui? Thanks,Phung
Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 13, 2009 Staff Share Posted August 13, 2009 1. It depends:- 1.1. If the car garage is at the Basement or below street level: where it was dug into the ground; then not counted:- Basement (if your garage is at this level)Street Level = #01-xx2nd storey(If your garage is at street level) = #02-xx 1.2. If the car garage is at Street Level, then the car garage (area) = #01-xx; while your unit, say on the 2nd storey = #02-xx. Please see attachment. Note: Not many apartments are greater than #99 storey's high. And the Flying Star House (Apartment) Report: does not look at apartments below ground level.
