Remedy for T junction house

Hi,

My friend owns a brand new investment house right on T junction. Pictures are attached. There have been only 2 tenants for almost 2 years and they keep moving out after a few months and it takes a while to find the new tenants.

Please let me know if there is anything he can do.

1. Frankly, there could be some other "leaks". But from the picture, one can distinctly see a lamp post slicing towards the main door of the home. There is a secondary poison arrow i.e. the 25 speed limit sign.

2. The most effective method is to plant a cluster of plants or plants that does not have a single tree trunk at the circular planter area. Planting a tree with a single tree trunk goes back to square one again.. this tree would become a poison arrow aimed towards the home.

1. The three most common remedies, used are:

1.1. A bushy tree or plant & /or
1.2.A six hollow rod wind chime or
1.3. A conVEX mirror

2. If one is unable to fully block e.g. currently the tree is still immature or if winter, not much leaves than either 1.2 or 1.3 MAY be used.

3. Other types of Remedies (some require alteration works:-

3.1. In Asia, often homes have fences and gates. These gates may have screens and often closed. Thus if it cannot be seen it no longer becomes a threat.

3.2. Some Geomancers may advise the tilting of the main door.
