Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 16, 2009 Staff Share Posted August 16, 2009 1. Under symbolism in Feng Shui; it is best not to use blue-tinted window glass for a home. 2. This could be the actual blue tint in the window glass plane OR blue-tint film on pasted on a clear glass. 3. As this blue-tint symbolises "water element". And symbolically, it implies water = wealth leaking out of the home or apartment. One way to redress this is to use white or cream "day curtain" to help retain the "water". 4. As white or cream represents metal element. Golden coloured blinds or curtains added to such windows are equally applicable. 5. What about other coloured tints: black? grey? brown or green? All these colours are acceptable.
